Shipping and Returns Info
We carry large quantities of product and can ship more orders same day if ordered by 4 pm E.S.T. International orders take an extra 2 days to process given the customs documents that must be prepared before shipment. Shipping options are available on the view card page or at checkout with USPS, UPS and FedEx as our preferred carriers. If an item is not in stock we will make contact through either email or phone to advise when the item will become available. Customers are welcome to cancel their order at any time prior to shipment.
It's our goal to make your shopping experience with SafeRest as memorable and positive as possible. Given the exposure of the products we sell to bed bugs, we accept returns on all new, unopened and unused products. Simply contact us for a return authorization number within 14 days of receiving your order. In case an order is not accurate, we ask that you contact us within 14 days to correct the issue. Once the RA has been issued, please return the items back to us. Products returned without an RA will be returned. The payment method used to make the purchase will be credited back.
